健肝散联合常规西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with Liver-Fortifying Powder Combined with Conventional Western Medicine

目的:观察健肝散联合常规西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的临床疗效。方法:将60例CHB患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照给予富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合健肝散治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后肠道菌群(乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、拟杆菌、肠球菌、酵母样真菌)、临床症状积分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumour necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、拟杆菌、肠球菌数量高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组,两组患者治疗后酵母样真菌数量低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健肝散联合常规西药治疗CHB,能改善患者临床症状、肠道菌群及炎性因子水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liver-Fortifying Powder combined with conventional Western medicine on chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:A total of 60 patients with CHB were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tenofovir Fumarate Dipivoxil Tablets,while the ob-servation group was treated with Liver-Fortifying Powder on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of intestinal flora(including lactobacillus,bifidobacterium,bacteroides,enterococcus,yeast like fungi),clinical symptom score,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups).Results:The number of lactobacillus,bifidobacterium,bacteroides and enterococcus in the two groups af-ter treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the number of yeast-like fungi in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group.The number of yeast like fungi in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the number of yeast-like fungi in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of the two groups after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and all the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Fortifying Powder com-bined with conventional Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,intestinal flora and inflammatory factor levels of pa-tients with CHB.
