新型过氧乙酸与邻苯二甲醛对内镜的消毒效果比较

Comparison on disinfection effect of digestive endoscopy of new peracetic acid and ortho-phthalaldehyde

目的比较新型过氧乙酸与邻苯二甲醛对内镜的消毒效果。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,比较新型过氧乙酸与邻苯二甲醛作用不同时长的消毒合格率及内镜腔菌落数,及其在最小有效消毒浓度时可消毒内镜的条数和单条内镜消毒成本。结果在规范的手工清洗程序条件下,浸泡消毒3 min,新型过氧乙酸2000 mg/L消毒合格率为97.50%,高于邻苯二甲醛5500 mg/L的77.50%(P<0.05)。将浸泡消毒时间延长至5 min,2种消毒剂消毒合格率均为100%。手工洗消满负荷条件下,最小有效消毒浓度时新型过氧乙酸可洗消内镜平均数(240条),高于邻苯二甲醛的平均数(215条)(P<0.05),洗消单条内镜成本两者无统计学差异。结论在手工清洗条件下,新型过氧乙酸比邻苯二甲醛消毒效果更好、更耐用。

Objective To compare the disinfection effect of the new peracetic acid(PAA)and ortho-phthalaldehyde(OPA)for digestive endoscopy.Methods Field disinfection test was used to compare the qualified rate of disinfection and the number of bacterial colonies in endoscopic cavities used by new PAA and OPA respectively.Besides that,the number of endoscopes disinfected within the minimum effective disinfection concentration of the two disinfectants and the disinfection costs of per endoscope were compared.Results By standard manual cleaning procedure,when disinfected for 3 minutes,the qualified rate of disinfection by the new PAA(2000 mg/L)was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of OPA(5500 mg/L)(P<0.05).When disinfected for 5 minutes,the qualified rate of disinfection for both was 100%.Under the full load condition of manual decontamination,the number of endoscopes disinfected with new PAA was(240)at the minimum effective disinfection concentration,which was higher than that of OPA(215)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the cost of disinfection of a single endoscopy between two disinfectants.Conclusion The new PAA has better disinfection effect and stronger durability than OPA under full-load working conditions of manual decontamination of the endoscopy.
