广州市医疗机构医疗用水消毒质量监测

Disinfection quality monitoring on medical institutions in Guangzhou medical institutions

目的了解广州市医疗机构医疗用水污染现状。方法对2019—2020年广州市部分不同级别医疗机构的医疗用水进行抽样监测,采用营养琼脂平板计数法对细菌总数进行比较。结果累计监测各类医疗用水1941份,总合格率为69.29%,其中透析用水的合格率为96.06%,口腔用水的合格率为60.21%,不同年度、不同级别医疗机构内镜终末漂洗水的合格率均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论广州市医疗机构内镜终末漂洗水己逐年加强重视与管理,但医疗用水仍存在安全隐患。

Objective To investigate the bacterial contamination status of medical water in Guangzhou medical institutions.Methods Medical water was sampled and monitored in different levels of medical institutions in Guangzhou from 2019 to 2020,and the total number of bacteria was compared by nutrient AGAR plate counting method.Results A total of 1941 medical water were monitored,and the total qualified rate was 69.29%.Among them,the qualified rate of dialysis water was the highest(96.06%),and the qualified rate of dental water was the lowest(60.21%).There were statistical differences in the qualified rate of endoscopic end-rinse water in different years and different levels of medical institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of endoscope end rinse water in Guangzhou medical institutions has been strengthened year by year,but there are still safety risks of medical water.
