全自动清洗消毒机处理复用清洗刷的效果评价

Evaluation on effect of automatic cleaning and disinfection machine applied to the cleaning brush reused process

目的观察全自动清洗消毒机对清洗刷进行复用处理的效果。方法将消毒供应中心每日需复用处理的600件医用清洗刷随机分为2组,每组300件,分别采用手工清洗和全自动清洗消毒机处理。手工清洗组采用高效多酶清洗液清洗+84消毒液浸泡消毒+无菌纱布擦干;全自动清洗消毒机按程序进行清洗、消毒和干燥。比较2组清洗刷的清洗消毒质量、干燥效果、工作人员满意度以及时间和耗材的成本。结果全自动清洗消毒机处理清洗刷在清洗消毒质量、干燥效果及工作人员满意度均高于传统手工组,人工用时和耗材成本低于手工清洗组。结论利用全自动清洗消毒机对清洗刷进行复用处理能提高清洗质量、节约时间和成本、提高满意度。

Objective To explore the practicability of the application of automatic cleaning and disinfection machine applied to the reused medical cleaning brush.Methods The medical cleaning brushes that need to be reused every day in the CSSD were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,300 pieces in each group.The control group used the traditional way to reuse the medical cleaning brush:after manual cleaning in the multi enzyme cleaning solution,it was soaked and disinfected with 84 disinfectant,and finally dried with sterile gauze.The experimental group was cleaned,disinfected and dried with the medical cleaning brush accompanied with surgical instruments in the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine.The cleaning and disinfection quality,drying effect,staff satisfaction,time and cost of consumables were compared between the two groups.Results The cleaning quality,drying effect and staff satisfaction of the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine were higher than those of the control group,and the labor time and the cost of consumables were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Using automatic cleaning and disinfection machine to reuse the cleaning brush can not only improve the cleaning quality,ensure the disinfection effect,but also save labor time and material cost,improve work efficiency and satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
