摘要
目的探索以团队为基础的教学模式(TBL)在消毒供应中心(CSSD)护理教学中的应用价值。方法以2020年6—12月在某消毒供应中心实习的80名护理专业学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为TBL组和传统教学组,每组40名,干预4周后,采用理论考核、技能考核和满意度测试评价教学效果。结果TBL组理论考核成绩(92.41±3.56)分,明显高于传统教学组成绩分(83.23±2.36)(P<0.01),技能考核中手术器械包装、物体表面消毒、手卫生和软式内镜手工清洗消毒流程得分均高于传统教学组(P<0.01),满意度高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论TBL教学模式可提高教学效果及实习护士满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of the team-based learning(TBL)model in nursing teaching in disinfection supply center.Methods Eighty nursing students who were practiced in our department from June to December 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group(TBL teaching method)and the control group(traditional teaching method).The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical examinations and skills test together with satisfaction test after 4 weeks of intervention.Results The theoretical exam results of the experimental group were 92.41±3.56,which was higher than that of the control group(83.23±2.36).The skills exam results surgical instrument packs,disinfection of object surface,hand hygiene,manual washing and disinfection processes for soft endoscopic instruments of the experimental group were significant higher than those of control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion TBL teaching mode can improve the teaching effect and the satisfaction of trainee nurses with their practical training.
