摘要
针对决策信息为区间犹豫模糊元、属性权重不完全已知的风险型决策问题,提出一种考虑决策者后悔心理行为的决策方法。首先,采用max-min算子构建求解属性权重的优化模型;然后根据后悔理论计算备选方案的效用值与后悔-欣喜值,据此得到决策者对备选方案的综合感知效用并对各方案排序与择优;最后,通过一个算例验证分析该方法的可行性与有效性。
A decision method considering the regret psychological behaviour of decision makers is proposed for risky decision-making problem that decision information is interval-valued hesitant fuzzy element and attributes’ weights are incompletely known. Firstly, a optimization model is presented for obtaining attributes’ weights by using max-min operator. Secondly, the alternatives’ utility values and regret-rejoice values are calculated based on regret theory. Then, the decision makers’ overall perceived utility values for alternatives are determined and solved to rank and select the best alternatives. Finally, a numeric example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
