切开法重睑术的研究进展

Research progress in blepharoplasty with incision

切开法是临床上应用最广泛的重睑术式,具体的手术方法有很多,主要的差别是对不同层次进行缝合可产生不同的重睑效果。该文从皮肤、眼轮匝肌、睑板、眶隔、上睑提肌腱膜等组织间所采用的不同缝合方法的角度,对切开法重睑术的研究进展进行综述,并总结了其优缺点,为临床提供参考,以便术者能更好地了解和研究重睑术。

The blepharoplasty with incision have been widely used.The main difference of many specific surgical methods is that different suture methods between those tissues of upper eyelid can produce different aesthetic effect.This review summerized the different suture methods of incisional blepharoplasty for connection,such as skin,orbicularis oculi,tarsal plate,orbital septum and levator aponeurosis.The advantages and disadvantages were also reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical work and enhence the understanding of the incisional blepharoplasty.
