摘要
目的 探讨消毒供应中心对新生儿奶瓶再处理的专项化管理的效果。方法 2020年1月-2020年6月医院新生儿科自行手工清洗的奶瓶随机抽取1 000个为对照组,2021年1月实行专项化管理后随机抽取新生儿科奶瓶1 000个为试验组,用目测法、ATP生物荧光法检测奶瓶的清洗质量,微生物培养法检测奶瓶的消毒及储存质量。结果 奶瓶不合格部位主要为奶嘴内侧及奶瓶内部;目测法对照组的合格率为87.1%,试验组的合格率为98.0%,两组清洗合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=86.157,P<0.001);使用ATP生物荧光法对照组的合格率52.7%,试验组的合格率为98.0%,清洗合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=530.443,P<0.001);采用微生物培养法,对清洗消毒干燥后的奶瓶采样,对照组合格率为68.4%,试验组合格率为97.1%,合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=288.521,P<0.001);清洗消毒后采用纸塑袋包装,可以储存5天。结论 消毒供应中心对新生儿奶瓶再处理的专项化管理,可以提高奶瓶清洗及消毒效果,同时可以延长储存期,防止新生儿院内感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of special management on neonatal bottle reprocessing in disinfection supply center. METHODS From Jan 2020 to Jun 2020, 1000 hand-cleaned milk bottles in the Neonatal Department of the hospital were randomly selected as the control group, and 1000 milk bottles in the Neonatal Department after the implementation of special management in Jan 2021 were randomly selected as the experimental group. Total of 1000 newborn baby bottles from Jan 2020 to Jun 2020 were recruited in the control group, and 1000 newborn baby bottles Jan 2021 were randomly selected as the experimental group. The cleaning quality of milk bottles was detected by visual method, ATP bioluminescence method, and the disinfection and storage quality of milk bottles were detected by microbial culture method. RESULTS The unqualified parts of the bottle were mainly inside the nipple and the bottle. The qualified rate by visual method in the control group was 87.1%, and that in the experimental group was 98.0%. There was significant difference in the qualified rate of cleaning between the two groups(χ^(2) =86.157, P<0.001). The qualified rate by ATP bioluminescence method in the control group was 52.7% and thatin the experimental group was 98.0%. The difference in the qualified rate of cleaning was significant(χ^(2) =530.443, P<0.001). The qualified rate by microbial culture method inthe control group was 68.4%, and that in the experimental group was 97.1%, and the difference was significant(χ^(2) =288.521, P<0.001). After cleaning and disinfection, bottles were packed in paper plastic bags and can be stored for 5 days. CONCLUSION The special management of the reprocessing of newborn bottles in the disinfection supply center can improve the cleaning and disinfection effect of newborn bottles, prolong the storage period, and prevent the occurrence of neonatal nosocomial infection.
