摘要
粉末机械干法包衣是一种直接用细粉对颗粒进行包衣的技术,可形成“有序结构”的复合粒子。采用粉末机械干法包衣工艺能避免使用有机溶剂或水,减少干燥带来的成本及有机溶剂的污染,目前在制药研究中主要用于提高粉末流动性、制备缓控释微粉及掩味等目的。粉末机械干法包衣的包衣效率主要受包衣材料的杨氏模量、粒径大小等性质,以及处理过程参数如仪器的种类、转速、处理时间等的影响。本研究综述了粉末机械干法包衣技术在药剂学领域的应用及影响因素。
Mechanical dry particle coating is a kind of technology which can directly cover the surface of larger core(host) particles with fine shell(guest) particles and form composite particles with "ordered structure". The mechanical dry particle coating can avoid the use of organic solvents or water, reduce the cost of drying process and the pollutions caused by organic solvents. In pharmaceutical research, it is mainly used to improve the powder flowability,prepare sustained-and controlled-release micropowders and achieve the purpose of taste-masking. The coating efficiency of mechanical dry particle coating is mainly affected by the properties of fine powders(such as Young’s modulus, particle size) and process parameters(such as the type of instrument, rotating speed, and processing time). This paper reviews the applications of mechanical dry particle coating in pharmaceutics and its influencing factors.
