摘要
电喷雾法是一种制备尺寸可控的载药聚酯微球的新型技术,可保持蛋白质、细胞、生长因子、病毒和基因等敏感分子的生物活性,吸引了众多研究者的关注。本研究介绍了电喷雾法的基本原理,并综述了近些年其在制备载药微球中的研究进展,以期为电喷雾法在生物工程和药物递送中的应用、电喷雾产品的开发、批量化生产的实现方面提供参考。
Electrospray is a new technology for preparing drug-loaded polyester microspheres with controllable size.It has attracted interest from researchers for the advantages of protecting bioactivities of sensitive molecules such as proteins,cells,growth factors,viruses and genes by the microspheres.In this paper,the basic principle of electrospray method is introduced,and its research progress in the preparation of drug-loaded microspheres in recent years is reviewed to provide some references for the application in bioengineering and drug delivery,development of electrospray products,and the realization of mass production.
