Objective To explore the effect of AI Chi therapy on fatigue recovery in military operation. Methods With the convenient sampling method,48 officers and soldiers of a department who came to a secret service recuperation center for recuperation from July to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and 48 officers and soldiers were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 24 in each group. The experimental group was treated with Ai Chi therapy for hydrotherapy rehabilitation, while the control group was treated with immersion.Fatigue self-assessment scale(FSAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the fatigue status and sleep quality of the two groups. Results After intervention, the FSAS scale of the two groups showed that the mental fatigue, fatigue consequences and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the experimental group was(2.33±1.34)after intervention, and that of the control group was(5.58±1.97)after intervention. The PSQI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fatigue recovery effect of Ai Chi therapy is remarkable, which is worthy of promotion in the field of fatigue recovery of officers and soldiers.
