老年便秘危险因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of risk factors for constipation in the elderly

目的通过Meta分析,系统评价老年人便秘的危险因素,为临床开展老年人便秘防治策略提供参考依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、维普中外文数据库,检索时限均从建库至2022年3月。由两名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果高龄、女性、文化程度低、饮食种类单一、饮水不足、运动缺乏、睡眠障碍、自我健康管理弱、抑郁、心血管疾病、痔疮、关节炎、骨质疏松是老年人便秘的危险因素。结论证据表明,老年人便秘发生率较高,其发生与多种因素相关,医护人员可参考以上危险因素,构建老年人便秘风险预测模型并采取对应措施,进行便秘高危人群的评估、管理和干预,降低老年人便秘的发生率。

Objective To systematically evaluate the risk factors of constipation in the elderly through Meta-analysis,so as to provide a reference for clinical implementation of constipation prevention and treatment strategies in the elderly.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP were searched by computer.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 2022.After two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Old age,female,low education level,single diet,insufficient drinking water,lack of exercise,sleep disorders,weak self-health management,depression,cardiovascular disease,hemorrhoids,arthritis,osteoporosis were the risk factors for constipation in the elderly.Conclusion Evidence shows that the incidence of constipation in the elderly is high,and its occurrence is related to a variety of factors.Medical staff can refer to the above risk factors,build a risk prediction model for constipation in the elderly,and take corresponding measures to assess,manage and intervene high-risk groups of constipation,so as to reduce the incidence of constipation in the elderly.
