本文通过对近几年关于胃肠功能障碍的研究进行综述,阐述胃肠功能障碍的概况,分析导致营养不良的因素,概括整理出有关胃肠功能障碍营养治疗原则、临床治疗方法、中医疗法研究进展,进而帮助营养师更好地应用相关知识解决临床营养支持中胃肠功能障碍引发的各类问题,并依据现状提出下一步研究展望。

This article summarizes the research on gastrointestinal dysfunction in recent years,expounds the general situation of gastrointestinal dysfunction,analyzes the factors leading to malnutrition,summarizes and sorts out the principles of nutritional treatment,clinical treatment methods and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction,and further helps dietitians better apply relevant knowledge to solve various problems caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction in clinical nutrition support.According to the current situation,the future research prospects are proposed.
