摘要
高速公路节假日交通拥堵由于其特定的组合缘由,在相当长时期内无法完全解决,但如何缩小拥堵范围和缩短拥堵时长值得学术界和行业管理者研究。本文从分析广东省高速公路节假日出行需求特征和交通拥堵画像入手,通过构建高速公路拥堵指数模型量化评价拥堵状态和水平,并由此识别出易堵路段和节点。研究结果表明服务区和隧道通行能力不足是节假日高速公路拥堵的重要原因。同时针对服务区服务能力不足提出加建“U”型匝道,通过两侧服务区车流的互联互通,实现服务能力共享的缓解策略;针对隧道口交通流Breakdown现象,提出可变限速控制的缓解策略;总体上为相关实践应用研究奠定和探索了理论基础和技术路径。
Due to comprehensive causes,it is difficult to eliminate the traffic congestion on freeways during holidays.How to limit the congestion scope and shorten the congestion time is an important subject for researchers and transport authorities.In this paper,we first analyze the travel demand characteristics and traffic congestion properties of the freeways in Guangdong Province,establish the congestion index model to quantify the congestion,and finally identify the freeway sections and nodes with a high probability of congestion.The research results reveal that the insufficient service capacity in service areas and the low capacity of tunnels are important reasons for traffic congestion on freeways under excessively high traffic flow during holidays.To overcome the insufficiency of the service capacity,we propose to construct"U"ramps to connect the traffic flows in the service areas on both sides and to share the service capacity.A mitigation strategy of variable speed limit is proposed to eliminate traffic flow Breakdown at tunnel entrances.In this paper,we laid a theoretical foundation for alleviating traffic congestion on freeways and explored related technical strategies.
