摘要
地理标志农产品品牌建设对乡村振兴战略的实现及促进区域经济发展意义重大。黑龙江省地理标志农产品发展较快,分布广泛,种类丰富,优势较明显,但地理标志农产品品牌培育中还存在品牌意识淡化、质量难以保障、品牌宣传不够、农业行业协会指导与监管的缺失、没有形成产业集群等缺点。因此提出政府及相关主体应强化品牌意识、提升地理标志农产品质量、加强产品品牌宣传、充分发挥行业协会的作用、发展产业集群的对策建议,旨在提升黑龙江省农产品的品牌竞争力,促进区域经济发展,实现乡村振兴。
The brand construction of geographical indication agricultural products have great significance for the realization of rural revitalization strategy and the promotion of regional economic development.The development of geographical indication agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province is rapid, with wide distribution, rich varieties and obvious advantages.But disadvantages also exist in the brand cultivation of geographical indication agricultural products, such as weak brand awareness, difficult quality assurance, insufficient brand publicity, lack of guidance and supervision of agricultural industry association, and no industrial cluster has been formed.Therefore, it is proposed that the government and related subjects should strengthen brand awareness, improve the quality of geographical indication agricultural products, strengthen product brand publicity, give full play to the role of industry associations, cultivate leading enterprises and develop industrial clusters.The aim is to enhance the brand competitiveness of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province, promote regional economic development and realize rural revitalization.
