The Development and Clinical Application of Cognitive Therapy Scale

认知治疗量表被广泛应用于评估认知行为取向心理咨询/治疗师的专业胜任力,包括原版认知治疗量表(Cognitive Therapy Scale,CTS)和认知治疗量表修订版(Cognitive Therapy Scale-Revised,CTS-R)。CTS和CTS-R在国外被广泛应用于认知行为治疗的临床督导与专业培训中,但在国内很少应用。文章主要介绍了CBT专业胜任力评估工具以及CTS和CTS-R的具体内容与临床应用,以期让更多的CBT心理咨询/治疗师认识并使用CTS或CTSR,从而不断提升国内CBT心理咨询/治疗师的专业胜任力。

The Cognitive Therapy Scale is widely used to evaluate the professional competence of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT)psychological counselors/therapists.There are two versions of the Cognitive Therapy Scale which are the original Cognitive Therapy Scale(CTS)and the Revised Cognitive Therapy Scale(CTS-R).CTS and CTS-R have been used in CBT clinical supervision and professional training to promote the professional development of CBT psychological counselors/therapists widely in foreign countries but rarely in China.This article mainly introduced CBT professional competence assessment tools and the specific contents and clinical application of CTS and CTS-R.The authors hope that more CBT psychological counselors/therapists have opportunities to understand and use CTS or CTS-R to improve the professional competence of CBT psychological counselors/therapists in China.
