父母抑郁在养育倦怠与子女抑郁间的中介作用

The Mediating Effect of Parental Depression in Parental Burnout and Children’s Depression

目的:考察父母抑郁在养育倦怠与子女抑郁之间的中介作用。方法:采用养育倦怠量表和抑郁自评量表对母亲和父亲进行调查,间隔1个月后采用流调用抑郁量表对子女进行调查,最终获得304对母亲与子女的配对数据以及275对父亲与子女的配对数据。结果:①母亲和父亲的养育倦怠都与其自身抑郁相关显著(r=0.42,P<0.01;r=0.38,P<0.01);②母亲养育倦怠与其子女的抑郁相关显著(r=0.13,P<0.05),父亲养育倦怠与其子女的抑郁相关不显著(r=0.10,P>0.05);③母亲抑郁在其养育倦怠与子女抑郁之间起完全中介作用。结论:父母养育倦怠对其自身抑郁水平有显著影响;母亲养育倦怠还能通过其自身抑郁水平对子女抑郁产生间接影响。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of parental depression in parental burnout and children’s depres⁃sion.Methods:The Parental Burnout Assessment and Self Rating Depression Scale were administrated to mothers and fa⁃thers,respectively,and the children were surveyed by Center for Epidemiological Survey Depression Scale 1 month later.The final data included 304 pairs of mothers and their children,and 275 pairs of fathers and their children.Results:①For mothers and fathers,parental burnout was significantly correlated with their own depression,respectively(r=0.42,P<0.01;r=0.38,P<0.01);②The correlation between mothers’parental burnout and children’s depression was significant(r=0.13,P<0.05),while there was no significant correlation between father’s paternal burnout and children’s depression(r=0.10,P>0.05);③Maternal depression was a complete mediator between parental burnout and children’s depression.Conclusion:For mothers and fathers,parental burnout has an important influence on their own depression level.Mothers’parental burn⁃out can also indirectly influence their children’s depression through their own level of depression.
