摘要
目的:采用大样本考察以腹外侧前额叶(ventrolateral prefrontal cortex,VLPFC)为靶点的经颅磁刺激(tran⁃scranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)下调社会疼痛的效果以及拒绝敏感性和抑郁在其中的调节作用。方法:将500名健康大学生被试随机分配至TMS组(n=250)或对照组(n=250)。被试观看社会排斥图片,并采用认知重评策略降低由图片引起的社会疼痛,记录被试自我报告的负性情绪评分。结果:(1)TMS组的负性情绪评分显著低于对照组;(2)个体的拒绝敏感性和抑郁水平分别在以VLPFC为靶点的TMS下调社会疼痛的过程中起调节作用,表现为TMS效应在低拒绝敏感性个体中比在高拒绝敏感性个体中更强,TMS效应在低抑郁个体中比在高抑郁个体中更强。结论:以VLPFC为靶点的TMS能有效降低社会疼痛。但此方案对低拒绝敏感性及低抑郁水平的患者更有效。
Objective:A large sample was used to investigate the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)targeting ventrolateral prefrontal cortex(VLPFC)on social pain and the moderating role of rejection sensitivity and depression.Methods:500 healthy college students were randomly assigned to TMS group(n=250)or sham group(n=250).The participants were asked to watch pictures of social exclusion,and use cognitive reappraisal strategy to reduce the social pain caused by the pictures.The participants’self-reported negative emotion scores were recorded.Results:(1)The negative emotion score of TMS group was significantly lower than that of the control group;(2)the rejection sensitivity and depression level of individuals played a moderating role in this process,respectively.TMS effect was stronger in low rejection sensitivity individuals than in high rejection sensitivity individuals,and TMS effect was stronger in low depression individuals than in high depression individuals.Conclusion:Activating the VLPFC with TMS can effectively reduce social pain and has clinical implication,but this therapy may not be suitable for patients with high rejection sensitivity and high depression level.
