支持性团体辅导对流浪儿童心理韧性与情绪行为问题的干预研究 被引量:8

An Intervention Research of Supportive Group Counseling on Resilience and Emotional-Behavioral Problems of Street Children

摘要 目的:设计支持性团体干预方案,探究对流浪儿童的心理韧性与情绪行为的干预效果。方法:38名流浪儿童参与研究,实验组和对照组各19名,实验组开展6次团体干预,对照组不干预。结果:团体干预后,心理韧性实验组后测得分高于实验组前测,对照组前后测无显著差异;情绪行为问题实验组后测得分低于实验组前测、对照组前后测无显著差异。通过斜率和R2分析,团体干预后心理韧性对情绪行为问题的影响增强。心理韧性在支持性团体干预与情绪行为问题的关系中起中介作用。结论:支持性团体辅导可有效提升流浪儿童的心理韧性,改善流浪儿童的情绪行为问题。 Objective:To explore the intervention effect on resilience and emotional-behavioral problems of street children by supportive group counseling.Methods:38 street children participated in the research,including 19 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group.The experimental group carried out 6 times of group intervention,and the control group did not intervene.Results:After group intervention,the post-test score of the experimental group for resilience was higher than the pre-test score of the experimental group and the pre-test and post-test scores of the control group(Ps<0.05).The post-test score of the experimental group for emotional-behavioral problems was lower than the pre-test score of the experimental group and the pre-test and post-test scores of the control group(Ps<0.001).Resilience played a mediating role in the relationship between supportive group intervention and emotional-behavioral problems.Through the analysis of slope and R2,the resilience had increased effect on emotional-behavioral problems after group counseling.Resilience played a mediating role in the relationship between supportive group intervention and emotional-behavioral problems.Conclusion:The supportive group counseling could effectively promote the resilience and improve emotional-behavioral problems of street children.
