摘要
目的 探讨308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风患儿的临床效果。方法 选择2019年11月至2021年5月无锡市儿童医院皮肤科门诊收治的60例白癜风患儿为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将患儿分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗,试验组采用308 nm准分子光治疗,比较两组生命质量[采用皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评估]、皮肤色素、临床疗效,记录两组中痊愈、显效患儿的平均治疗次数、累积剂量,统计两组治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组DLQI评分与皮损色素积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组DLQI评分低于治疗前,皮损色素积分高于治疗前,且试验组DLQI评分低于对照组,皮损色素积分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组,痊愈、显效患儿平均治疗次数均少于对照组,累积剂量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与NB-UVB治疗方法相比,采用308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风患儿的效果确切、安全性较高,可改善患儿皮肤症状,提高患儿生命质量,减少治疗次数与治疗剂量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of children with vitiligo.Methods A total of 60 children with vitiligo admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Wuxi Children’s Hospital from November 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatment methods, the children were divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with NB-UVB, while the experimental group was treated with 308-nm excimer light. The quality of life(evaluated by skin disease Quality of Life index(DLQI)), skin pigment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. The average number of treatments and cumulative dose of cured and effective children in the two groups were recorded. The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in DLQI score and skin pigment score between the two groups(P> 0.05). After treatment, the DLQI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, the skin pigment score was higher than that before treatment, and the DLQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the skin pigment score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the average treatment times ofcured and effective children were lower than those of the control group, and the cumulative dose of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion Compared with NB-UVB, 308 nm excimer light is effective and safe in the treatment of children with vitiligo, which can improve the skin symptoms, improve the quality of life of children, reduce the number of treatments and treatment dose.
