非热康普理疗仪联合水胶体敷料在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨非热康普理疗仪联合水胶体敷料在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年2月至2021年2月在德阳市人民医院行血透透析治疗的88例患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用非热康普理疗仪联合水胶体敷料干预,比较两组干预效果、动静脉内瘘相关指标及护理满意度。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血管局部硬结发生情况、动脉血流量及静脉压均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非热康普理疗仪联合水胶体敷料在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果确切,可减少局部血管硬化与硬结发生,增加内瘘血流量,加快血流速度,从而可改善动静脉内瘘功能,提高患者护理满意度。 Objective To explore the application of non-thermal CommScope physiotherapy instrument combined with hydrocolloidal dressing in the care of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods 88 hemodialysis patients from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=44) and observation group(n=44).The control group gave routine care, and the observation group used a non-thermal CommScope physiotherapy instrument combined with hydrocolloidal dressing to compare the nursing effect of two arteriovenous fistula, the observation index of twoarteriovenous fistula and the nursing satisfaction.Results The total efficiency of 81.82%(P<0.05),arterial flow and venous pressure were better than control, and the number of hard nodes was lower than (P<0.05);total satisfaction of care was 95.45% higher than 79.55%(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-thermal CommScope physiotherapy instrument combined with hydrocolloid dressing has positive significance in arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients, comprehensively improves nursing satisfaction, and improves the occurrence of vascular sclerosis and peripheral stiffening.
