数字资本主义视阈下数字劳动的伦理悖论探析

On the Paradox of Digital Labor Ethics From the Perspective of Digital Capitalism

数字技术推动人类进入数字化社会,重塑了人的生产方式和生活方式,推动了资本主义进入数字资本主义时代。与此相适应,数字劳动成为支撑数字资本主义社会的核心。但这一新的劳动形式并未实现劳动伦理的平等、自主要求,反而产生了平等交换掩盖下的实质不平等、自主表象下的劳动者主体性消失等伦理悖论现象。产生这种现象的实质是资本主义社会条件下数字劳动隶属于资本,劳动者在数字劳动活动中产生了与自身、与劳动工具、与劳动对象和其所创造产品的异化。唯有变革资本主义数字生产资料私人所有关系,实现数据公有,重建人的主体性和个性,才能真正超越资本主义视阈下的数字劳动伦理悖论。

Digital technology promotes human beings to enter the digital society,reshapes people’s mode of production and life,and promotes capitalism into the era of digital capitalism.Accordingly,digital labor has become the core of supporting digital capitalist society.However,this new form of labor does not realize the requirements of independence,non injury and equality of labor ethics.On the contrary,there are some ethical paradoxes such as substantive inequality under the cover of equal exchange and the disappearance of laborers’Subjectivity under the appearance of autonomy.The essence of this phenomenon is that digital labor belongs to capital in capitalist society.In the process of digital labor,workers are alienated from themselves,tools,objects and products.Only by changing the private ownership of capitalist digital means of production,realizing the public ownership of data,and reconstructing human subjectivity and personality,can we truly transcend the ethical paradox of digital labor from the perspective of capitalism.
