穴位注射治疗哮喘的临床疗效及机制研究

Clinical Effect and Mechanism Progress of Acupoint Injection Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Asthma

总结和探讨穴位注射治疗哮喘的临床应用,进一步研究提供参考。通过检索中国知网、万方数据库中穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘的相关研究文献进行归纳总结和分析,对比单纯穴位注射及其联合针灸特色治疗的多种诊疗方案后发现:联合治疗与单纯疗法主要区别于取穴与药物选择等方面;取穴在辨证论治的基础上增用肾俞、关元等;药物应用不局限于西药的喘可治和卡介多糖核酸等,多元地选择了毒副作用少、疗效综合的中药方剂如鱼腥草注射液、黄芪注射液、鹿茸精注射液。在哮喘机制尚未完全阐明的前提下,穴位注射及其联合针灸特色治疗在哮喘的治疗方面仍取得一定成果,临床立足于不同医学理论均发挥其独特疗效,但尚需要进一步深入的研究。

To investigate the clinical application of point injection in the treatment of Bronchial asthma,and to provide reference for further study.By searching CNKI and Wanfang database,the relevant research literatures on the treatment of bronchial asthma by acupoint injection were summarized and analyzed.After comparing the various treatment plans of acupoint injection alone and combined acupuncture and moxibulation,it was found that the main differences between combined therapy and simple therapy were in point selection and drug selection.Acupoint selection on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of shenshu,Guan Yuan,etc.;The application of drugs is not limited to the western medicines such as chuan Ke zhi and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,etc.,but the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions such as Houttuynia injection,Astragalus injection and Pilose antinus injection with less toxic and side effects and comprehensive curative effects are selected in multiple ways.On the premise that the mechanism of asthma has not been fully clarified,acupoint injection and its combination with acupuncture and moxibustions have made some achievements in the treatment of asthma.Based on different medical theories,they have played their unique curative effect,but further research is needed.
