“双高+双滑”背景下挂帮矿开采技术研究与实践 被引量:3

Research and Practice of Mining Technology in a Hanging Wall Ore Under the Background of“Double Height+Double Sliding”

摘要 挂帮矿位于高边坡和高排土场下方,并受南、北两滑体夹持。随着内排的推进,如何采出挂帮矿企业似乎都要面临艰难决策。在项目风险分析和周边环境安全评价的基础上,综合安全技术、边坡治理技术、开采技术等,提出“有限楔形斜槽式”工艺,新技术兼顾“采、治、防”,合理规避了生产的“痛点”,较好解决了挂帮矿开采的“双高和双滑”难题。通过周密组织实施和科学管理,采出原矿35.97万t,多采矿11.38万t,全面提升了开采的质量和效益。 A hanging wall ore is located under the high slope and high dumping ground,and is clamped by the north and south sliding bodies.With the advance of inner row,mining hanging wall ore seems to be an inevitable choice.Based on the risk analysis of the project and the safety evaluation of the surrounding environment,comprehensively considering safety technology,slope treatment technology,mining technology and other technologies,the technology of“limited wedge-shaped inclined groove”was put forward.The new technology gives consideration to“mining,treatment and prevention”,reasonably avoids the“pain points”of production,and better solves the problem of“double height and double sliding”in the mining of hanging wall ores.Through careful organization,implementation and scientific management,359700 tons of raw ore and 113800 tons of additional mining were mined,which comprehensively improved the quality and efficiency of mining.
