矿井电机车控制装置安全性能试验系统设计

Design of Safety Performance Test System for Control Device of Mine Electric Locomotive

摘要 矿井电机车控制装置是电机车的核心部件,其安全可靠性直接影响矿山井下安全。针对矿井电机车控制装置安全性能试验需求,设计了一套基于AFE四象限整流与可逆DC/DC电压调节技术供电的安全性能试验系统,实现了各试验参数快速、准确地采集。分别介绍了大容量可逆电源单元、可切换电源单元、负载单元、测量和控制单元。计量校准和实验室功能试验验证结果表明,该试验系统满足温升、接通与分断、过载能力及保护、导通比等安全性能试验能力,且系统具有测量精度高、适用范围广、集成度高等优点。 The control device is the core component of electric locomotive,and its safety and reliability directly affect the safety of underground mine.According to the safety performance test requirements of control device of mine electric locomotive,a set of safety performance test system based on AFE four quadrant rectifier and reversible DC/DC voltage regulation technology was designed.The rapid and accurate collection of test parameters was realized.The large capacity reversible power supply unit,switchable power supply unit,load unit,as well as measurement and control unit of the system were introduced respectively.The results of measurement calibration and laboratory function test show that the test system can meet the requirements of safety performance test capabilities,such as temperature rise,on and off,overload capacity and protection,as well as conduction ratio.In addition,the system has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,wide application range and high integration.
