国内输电线路复合绝缘子典型故障情况调查及原因分析 被引量:9

Investigation on Typical Fault of Composite Insulator in Domestic Transmission Lines

摘要 复合绝缘子由于其较好的机械性能,耐污能力在我国输电线路中得到了广泛应用。随着复合绝缘子运行使用经验的增加,绝缘子在运行使用中也出现了一些故障问题。为了全面掌握输电线路复合绝缘子运行情况,加强线路复合绝缘子运行管理,本研究在全国范围内开展了对复合绝缘子典型故障的调研,并进行了调研汇总。结果分析表明:脆断故障与运行时长无关,在潮湿地区、220 kV与500 kV(330 kV)电压等级下,脆断故障发生更加频繁;酥断故障在7~12年运行时长范围内发生频繁,故障的发生倾向于潮湿地区,并且仅在500 kV电压等级发生;内击穿故障多发生在运行时长5~13年期间,多发生于潮湿地区;大屈曲断裂故障调研数据较少,还有待进一步的统计。 Composite insulators have been widely used in power transmission lines in our country due to their good mechanical properties and pollution resistance.With the increase of operating experience of composite insulators,the faults of insulators has also become increasingly prominent.In order to comprehensively grasp the operation of composite insulators on transmission lines and strengthen the operation management of composite insulators on the line,the author has carried out investigations on typical fault of composite insulators.The analysis of the results shows that the brittle fracture has nothing to do with the duration of operation.In the humid areas,220 kV and 500 kV(330 kV)voltage levels,the brittle fracture occurs more frequently;the decay-like fault occurs frequently within the range of operation time in 7~12 years.Occurrence is more inclined to the humid areas and the fault only occurs at 500 kV;internal breakdown fault mostly occur during 5~13 years of operation,and more often occur in humid areas.Large buckling fracture still needs further statistics.
