摘要
随着可持续理念的普及,以及城市化进程的不断推进,历史建筑的绿色节能改造需求量越来越大,极大地促进了相关技术的更新升级和集成应用。本文通过对绿色建筑可持续保护理论发展和国内外代表性案例整理,总结了其中的关键技术。同时,结合新时期发展特点,指出了其中的核心关键是跨学科专业和知识的融会贯通,以破除“科学认知一人文解读一价值传播”完整链条的屏障,并在此基础上以活化场景为目标来驱动技术集成与创新。
With the popularisation of the concept of sustainability and the continuous advancement of urbanisation,the demand for green renovation of historical buildings is increasing,which has greatly promoted the upgrading and integrated application of relevant technologies.This paper summarises the key technologies through the theoretical development of sustainable protection of green buildings and representative cases in China and abroad.At the same time,combined with the development characteristics of the new era,it points out that the core key to the sustainable protection and active utilisation of historic buildings is the integration of interdisciplinary majors and knowledge in order to break the barriers of the complete chain of"scientific cognition-humanistic interpretation-value communication',and on this basis,the activation of the scene is the goal to drive technology integration and innovation.
