不同芳香烃对地下水中细菌群落结构的影响

摘要 为给化工污染地下水进行污染评价和自然修复提供理论支持,揭示不同芳香烃污染地下水中微生物群落结构与污染物的响应关系,该文选取江苏省常州市某典型污染场地为研究对象,采集6样点4季节共24组具有代表性的地下水水样,采用水化学分析方法和高通量测序方法对其理化因子与细菌群落结构进行测定分析。地下水理化结果表明,地下水中的氯苯、二氯苯、甲苯与二甲苯浓度严重超过国家标准,该地块地下水受到较为严重污染。微生物群落结构解析结果显示,研究区域地下水的细菌群落以变形菌门、拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门和放线菌门为主。相关性分析结果表明,该地块环境因子对地下水样品中的微生物群落结构的影响程度为:甲苯>NH_(3)-N>邻二氯苯>对、间二甲苯>邻二甲苯>对二氯苯>NO_(3)^(-)>总有机碳>氯苯>间二氯苯>pH>SO_(4)^(2-)。甲苯与二甲苯对研究区域地下水微生物群落结构的影响明显大于氯苯与二氯苯。 In order to provide theoretical support for the pollution evaluation and natural restoration of chemical polluted groundwater,and reveal the response relationship between microbial community structure and pollutants in polluted groundwater in different seasons,a typical polluted site in Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province was selected as an example,and 24groups of representative groundwater samples were collected from 6 sample sites in four seasons.The physicochemical factors and bacterial community structure were determined and analyzed.The results of groundwater quality show that the concentrations of chlorobenzene,dichlorobenzene,toluene and xylene in groundwater seriously exceed the national standard.The results of microbial community structure show that the bacterial communities of groundwater in the study area are mainly Proteobacteria,Bacteroidota,Firmicutes and Actinobacteria.The correlation analysis results show that the impact of environmental factors on the microbial community structure in groundwater samples is as PhMe>NH_(3)-N>ODCB>PXMX>OX>PDCB>NO_(3)->TOC>CB>MDCB>pH>SO_(4)^(2-).The effect of toluene and xylene on the distribution of microbial community in groundwater was significantly greater than that of chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene.
