摘要
为了研究红景天苷结合艾灸对运动性疲劳大鼠氧化代谢途径生化指标的影响,本研究选用70只健康成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为7组,设置空白对照组、模型对照组以及5个不同的处理组,实验周期为2周,实验结束后,立即取材,对相关指标进行测定。研究结果发现,红景天苷和艾灸能够提高大鼠游泳达到疲劳性时间,并且二者结合叠加,效果更佳;与对照组相比模型对照组大鼠中cTnI(心肌肌钙蛋白I)、CK(肌酸激酶)、MB(血清肌红蛋白)的含量大幅度增加,红景天苷和艾灸处理后,与模型对照组相比,大鼠血清中c TnI、CK、MB的含量下降,二者配合使用,效果更佳,并且大鼠血清中cTnI、CK、MB的含量与红景天苷浓度成反比;红景天苷和艾灸能够降低运动性疲劳造成大鼠血清中IL-1(白细胞介素1)、IL-6(白细胞介素6)和TNF-a(肿瘤坏死因子)的含量,二者联合使用,效果更佳,并且其含量与红景天苷浓度成负相关;红景天苷和艾灸还能够提高大鼠肝脏中GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)和SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性,降低MDA(丙二醛)活性,增加大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力,二者结合效果更加显著。总之,本研究初步证实,红景天苷结合艾灸能够抵抗运动疲劳,运动时,能够增加脂肪酸氧化供能,降低肝脏氧化压力,提高大鼠运动耐力。
In order to study the effect of salidroside combined with Moxibustion on biochemical indicators of oxidative metabolic pathway in exercise-induced fatigue rats,70 healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,including blank control group,model control group and five different treatment groups.The experimental period was 2 weeks.After the experiment,materials were taken immediately to measure the relevant indicators.The results showed that salidroside and moxibustion could improve the time of swimming to fatigue in rats,and the combination and superposition of the two would have a better effect;Compared with the control group,the contents of cTnI(Cardiac troponin I),CK(Creatine kinase)and MB(Serum myoglobin)in the model control group increased significantly.After salidroside and moxibustion treatment,the contents of c TnI,CK and MB in the rat serum decreased compared with the model control group.The combined use of the two has better effect,and the contents of cTnI,CK and MB in the rat serum are inversely proportional to the concentration of salidroside;Salidroside and moxibustion can reduce the contents of IL-1(interleukin-1),IL-6(interleukin-6)and TNF-a(tumor necrosis factor)in serum of rats caused by exercise-induced fatigue.The combined use of salidroside and moxibustion has a better effect,and its content is negatively correlated with the concentration of salidroside;Salidroside and moxibustion can also increase the activities of GSH PX(Glutathione peroxidase)and SOD(Superoxide dismutase)in rat liver,reduce the activity of MDA(Malondialdehyde),and increase the antioxidant capacity of rat liver.The combination effect of the two is more significant.In conclusion,this study preliminarily confirmed that salidroside combined with moxibustion can resist exercise fatigue,increase fatty acid oxidation energy supply during exercise,reduce liver oxidation pressure,and improve exercise endurance of rats.
