摘要
以蕹菜为研究对象,研究了种植过程中施用不同浓度的褐藻寡糖对蕹菜生长和营养成分的影响。结果表明,褐藻寡糖可有效提高蕹菜的产量和品质。施用褐藻寡糖后,蕹菜的平均株高和平均净重均有提升,蕹菜中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量有显著提升。此外,叶绿素含量也有一定的提升。其中,0.20 mg/m L褐藻寡糖溶液效果尤为明显。结果显示,在蕹菜的种植中,适量添加褐藻寡糖可作为提高蕹菜品质和产量的一种新方式。
Taking Ipomoea aquatica Forsk as the research object,the effects of different concentrations of Alginate Oligosaccharides(AOS)applied during planting on the growth and nutrient composition of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk were investigated.The results showed that AOS could effectively improve the yield and quality of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.After application of AOS,the average plant height and average net weight of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk increased,and the soluble sugar and soluble protein content of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk increased significantly.In addition,the chlorophyll content also increased to a certain extent.Among them,the effect of 0.20 mg/mL AOS solution is particularly obvious.The results showed that moderate addition of AOS in the cultivation of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk can be used as a new way to improve the quality and yield of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.
