摘要
焊接板式换热器在服役过程中,由于板片的腐蚀所导致换热器工作寿命缩短等问题仍无法避免。概述了板式换热器的应用环境、结构形式、腐蚀类型,并对焊接板式换热器通过采用涂层技术解决防腐问题的研究和进展进行了阐述。最后展望了焊接板式换热器未来防腐技术的发展方向。
For the welded plate heat exchangers in service,problems such as shortened working life due to the corrosion of the plates are still unavoidable.This paper reviews the application environment,structural style and corrosion type of plate heat exchangers.In addition,the research and relevant progress of solving the corrosion problem of welded plate heat exchangers by applying coating technology were summarized.Finally,the future development direction of anti-corrosion technology for welded plate heat exchangers was prospected.
