摘要
Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by Intracranial Aneurysms(IA)is characterized by high morbidity and mortality. The mechanism of formation, development, and rupture of IA has not yet been established. It is generally believed to be related to congenital hereditary connective tissue diseases, acquired hemodynamic factors, vascular inflammation, and oral pathogens. In addition, gender, age, hypertension, and psychological status are also important factors. Some relevant studies have shown that patients with IA have a significantly lower quality of life, and psychological factors, especially depression, should be studied in more depth.Currently, and for a specific group of people, the intracranial aneurysm formation process is still relatively few studies. Therefore,in this paper,by compiling and analyzing the literature and experiments published in recent years,we propose a hypothesis for the process of intracranial aneurysm formation in middle-aged and elderly women with depression. We also analyze these factors that may contribute to the symptoms that patients experience to elucidate some potential mechanisms, raise social awareness, and inspire subsequent related studies.
