Classification,Management and Control of Purchased Materials Based on the Inventor/PLM System

本文根据工程机械产品用采购物料的现状,提出了采购物料分类与管控改进方案,即对产品用采购物料采取全盘梳理、定义物料分类与分类属性、物料标准化整合、制定全过程物料管控机制等措施,并应用于山河智能装备股份有限公司产品及信息系统(Inventor/PLM),提升物料通用化水平,降低采购与管理成本,减少品种规格40%以上,提高设计效率25%~50%。

This paper proposes an improved approach about the classification,management and control of purchased materials,according to the situation of purchased materials for construction machinery products.That is to neaten,define,classify and standardize purchased materials of products to build an overall process material control system and apply it to the Inventor/PLM system of Sunward.Therefore,the general utilization of materials is improved,the cost of procurement and management is reduced,materials specifications are decreased by 40%,and products design efficiency is raised by25%~50%.
