摘要
本文介绍了国内食品快速检测产品的现状及发展历程,比对分析了国内外食品快速检测产品的差异。概述了食品快速检测产品的基本原理,并对食品快速检测产品进行评价的必要性和可行性进行了阐述,分析了目前国内食品快速检测产品存在的问题,进而提出了评价规范的主要技术指标的制定路径,为食品快速检测产品的规范发展提供了标准技术支撑。
This paper introduces the current situation and development course of domestic food rapid detection products,and comparatively analyzes the differences between domestic and foreign food rapid detection products.This paper summarizes the basic principle of food rapid detection products,expounds the necessity and feasibility of evaluating food rapid detection products,analyzes the existing problems of domestic food rapid detection products,and puts forward the development path of the main technical indicators of the evaluation specification,which provides standard technical support for the development of food rapid detection products.
