早期标准化运动护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防价值分析

Value Analysis of Early Standardized Exercise Nursing for Prevention of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

目的:研究早期标准化运动护理在脑梗死偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venus thrmbsis DVT)中的实际预防价值。方法:于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院神经内科2019年2月份至2021年8月份入院接受治疗的脑梗死偏瘫患者中随机选取58例,29例对照组患者给予常规护理,29例观察组患者以早期标准化运动护理为主,对两组患者的并发症率、NIHSS与FMA评分、股静脉流速展开分析。结果:观察组与对照组并发症率各为3.45%、27.89%;NIHSS评分观察组偏低,FMA评分与股静脉流速对照组偏低,组间对比数据具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期标准化运动护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者DVT具有突出的预防价值。

Objective:To study the practical value of early standardized exercise nursing in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods:58 cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia in the Department of Internal Neurology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2019 to August 2021 were randomly selected.29 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,29 patients in the observation group were given early standardized exercise care as a priority.The complication rate,FMA and NIHSS scores,and femoral vein velocity in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The complication rate of observation group and control group were 3.45%and 27.89%respectively.NIHSS score was lower in the observation group,while FMA score and femoral vein velocity were lower in the control group.The comparison data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early standardized exercise nursing has outstanding prevention value for DVT in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.
