五味甘露药浴汤散规范化治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及CRP水平影响分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect and CRP Level of the Standardized Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Wuwei Ganlu Medicine Bath Powder

目的:探究类风湿性关节炎给予五味甘露药浴汤散规范化治疗的临床效果。方法:选取内蒙古民族大学附属医院2020年1月-2021年1月类风湿性关节炎的实践数据,患者数量共计120例,随机分为2组。对照组给予一般疗法,治疗组给予五味甘露药浴汤散规范化治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效性及血清CRP水平指标,归纳五味甘露药浴汤散规范化治疗对于类风湿性关节炎治疗的临床价值。结果:对比两组患者治疗有效性结果,显示治疗组关节休息痛、压痛、肿胀治疗有效率为91.67%,指标显著高于对照组的80.0%;对比两组患者血清CRP水平指标,显示两组治疗前血清CRP水平具有一致性,治疗组治疗后血清CRP水平为17.94±2.24,指标显著低于对照组的20.94±2.77,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对类风湿性关节炎进行五味甘露药浴汤散规范化治疗后,患者关节病变症状明显改善,病情发展得到有效抑制,五味甘露药浴汤散规范化临床推广价值巨大。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of standardized treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Wuwei Ganlu medicine bath powder.Methods:A total of 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general therapy and the treatment group was given standardized treatment with Wuwei Ganlu medicine bath powder.The therapeutic effectiveness and serum CRP level indexes of the two groups were compared to summarize the clinical value of standardized treatment with Wuwei Ganlu medicine bath powder in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Results:The results showed that the effective rate of joint rest pain,tenderness and swelling in the treatment group was 91.67%,and the index was significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group;The comparison of serum CRP level indexes between the two groups showed that the serum CRP level of the two groups before treatment was consistent.The serum CRP level of the treatment group after treatment was 17.94±2.24,which was significantly lower than 20.94±2.77 of the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the standardized treatment of Wuwei Ganlu medicine bath powder for rheumatoid arthritis,the symptoms of joint lesions in patients are significantly improved and the development of the disease is effectively inhibited.Wuwei Ganlu medicine bath powder has great value in standardized clinical promotion.
