海昆肾喜胶囊联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

目的:观察海昆肾喜胶囊联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法:86例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。两组均用贝那普利治疗,观察组加用海昆肾喜胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清肌酐、血尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白定量(UPQ)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组丙二醛(MDA)、超前氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:海昆肾喜胶囊联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎能够提高疗效,促进肾功能改善,减轻氧化应激反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with benazepril,and the observation group were additionally treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsule.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24h urine protein quantitative(UPQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidized protein products(AOPP)and advanced glycation end products(AGEs)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis could improve the curative effect,promote the improvement of renal function and reduce oxidative stress.
