腕踝针辅治带状疱疹后神经痛临床研究

A Clinical Study on Wrist-ankle Acupuncture for Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察腕踝针辅治带状疱疹后神经痛的效果。方法:60例用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均用伐昔洛韦分散片治疗,治疗组加用腕踝针治疗,对照组用加巴喷丁胶囊治疗。结果:治疗4天后焦虑改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗7天后疼痛情况和焦虑改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05),疱疹消失1个月后带状疱疹后神经痛发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疱疹消失后2个月和3个月带状疱疹后神经痛发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针辅治带状疱疹后神经痛有较好效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with valacyclovir dispersible tablets,and the treatment group were additionally treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture,while the control group were additionally treated with gabapentin capsules.Results:After 4 days of treatment,the anxiety improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the pain and anxiety improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the time point of 1 month after the herpes disappeared,there was no significant difference in the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia between the two groups(P>0.05),and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at the time points of 2 months and 3 months after herpes disappeared(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture has a good effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
