普拉洛芬滴眼液联合激光周边虹膜切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼术后感染的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Pranoprofen Eye Drops Combined with Laser Peripheral Iridectomy on Postoperative Infection of Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的:探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液联合激光周边虹膜切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼术后感染的疗效。方法:选取2019年2月~2022年2月本院收治的80例急性闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行激光周边虹膜切除术,观察组在行激光周边虹膜切除术后给予普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗前和治疗3天后、7天后的临床症状积分、视力、眼压、术后感染发生情况、炎症因子变化以及治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月的生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组的临床症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组视力、眼压均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后感染发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(22.50%,P<0.05);治疗后,两组可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月,两组生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性闭角型青光眼患者应用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合激光周边虹膜切除术的疗效较佳,可明显改善患者的临床体征,促进其术后视力、眼压恢复,降低术后感染发生率和炎症因子水平,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of pranoprofen eye drops combined with laser peripheral iridectomy on postoperative infection of acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,40 cases in each group.The control group underwent laser peripheral iridectomy,while the observation group underwent combined treatment with pranoprofen eye drops after laser peripheral iridectomy.The clinical symptom scores,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,postoperative infection and changes in inflammatory factors of the two groups before treatment,3 d and 7 d after treatment were compared;and quality of life before treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(22.50%,P<0.05).The levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)all decreased in two groups after treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after treatment,the quality of life questionnaire:core30 scale(QLQ-C30)scores in the two groups were increased,and the QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pranoprofen eye drops combined with laser peripheral iridectomy for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma has a significant effect,can significantly improve the clinical signs of patients,promote the recovery of postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection rate and the level of inflammatory factor,and improve the quality of life.
