On the Modernization of Higher Education from the Perspective of Xi Jinping’s Collaborative Governance

习近平的协同治理思想贯穿于中国特色社会主义建设的各个战线、各个领域,为我国完善各项公共服务提供了新思路。高等教育现代化治理体系作为我国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要内容,应当引进“协同治理”理念,以整体性、适应性、开放性为原则,树立高效、民主、法治的治理目标,构建有序化的治理过程与共商化的治理规则,从而发挥多元主体的协同效应、联动效应。

Xi Jinping’s thought of collaborative governance includes various fronts and various fields of socialist con struction with Chinese characteristics,providing new ideas for improving various public services in China.As an important part of China’s comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country,the modern governance system of higher education should introduce the concept of"collaborative governance",with the principles of integrity,adaptability and openness,establish a governance of high efficiency,democracy and rule of law,and build an orderly governance process and the governance rules of mutual commerce,so as to play the synergy effect and linkage effect of multiple entities.
