新时代高校人文社科类课程思政建设顶层设计的几点思考 被引量:1

摘要 高校课程思政建设是新时代实现教育“立德树人”和“铸魂育人”的重要使命,是“大思政”建设的关键环节,而高校的人文社科类课程又是课程思政建设的主阵地。在当前国内课程思政的建设过程中,往往是由学院甚至是专业课老师作为课程思政设计的主要推手,并没有学校层面系统的顶层设计,这就导致课程思政的建设无法形成自上而下的教学和管理体系,内容上无法有效深度挖掘思政元素,以致于无法发挥人文社科类课程思政优势。在党和国家相关文件精神指引下,从指导思想、组织领导、制度和机制、教学内容和方法、条件保障等方面进行课程思政顶层设计,是当前课程思政建设的重要现实课题。 College course ideological and political education is the important task of cultivating moral and talents in the new era and the key part of greater ideological and political education construction,while the humanities and social sciences courses in colleges and universities are the mainbody to carry out course ideological and political education.However,in the current course ideological and political education construction,the second schools and the professional course teachers are the mainbody of course ideological and political education design,there is no top design of university or college level,which can’t form a top-to-foot teaching and managing system,and can’t effectively dig ideological and political elements and can’t give full play to the advantage of humanities and social sciences courses.Under the guidance of the relevant documents of the Party and the state,the paper has made a top design of course ideological and political education from guiding thinking,organizational leadership,system and mechanism,teaching content and methods,condition guarantee,which are the important practical programs for current course ideological and political education construction.
