Current Situation of and Policy Suggestions to the Compulsory Education School Management Norms Construction in Hubei Province

在修订后的义务教育学校管理标准下,帮助中小学管理者探索符合新时期要求的学校管理思路和方法。以湖北省为例,通过问卷调查获取了湖北省中小学校管理水平的重要数据,了解中小学管理水平的基本现状,并根据实际情况深入分析整体的优势和不足,基于事实和标准,提出科学可行的义务教育学校管理规范体系优化建议。

Under the revised Compulsory Education School Management Standard,primary and secondary school masters are exploring school management ideas and methods that meet the requirements of the new era.Taking Hubei Province as an example,some important data on the management of primary and secondary schools through a questionnaire survey is obtained,the basic status of the management of primary and secondary schools is analyzed,and the overall advantages and disadvantages are deeply analyzed according to the actual situation.Based on the facts and standards,scientific and feasible suggestions to optimize the management standard system of compulsory education schools are put forward.
