摘要 通过对轧钢加热炉燃烧控制系统全面优化和升级改造,研究并应用智能烧钢技术,不仅取得了节能降耗显著成效,同时提高了加热质量,减少了氧化烧损,大幅度降低了岗位操作劳动强度。 Through the comprehensive optimization and upgrading of the combustion control system of the steel rolling furnace,as well as the research and application of intelligent steel burning technology,not only did it achieve significant results in energy saving and consumption reduction,but also improved the heating quality,reduced oxidation and burn loss,and significantly reduced the labor intensity of post operation.
