摘要
现代大型钢铁联合企业的厂房和仓库,因生产或储存火灾危险性类别为甲、乙、丙类的物质,以致厂房、仓库、储罐区、堆场以及集中控制中心等民建的消防设计条件均不相同,而全厂消防给水设计需考虑各个单元的消防给水形式。全厂消防给水系统为全厂各个生产单元提供消防水,因此消防水源的选择,给水形式的确定,消防水量的计算,管网的设计,泵房的设计,均是消防系统设计的重要环节。将分别对以上几个方面进行阐述,并对某些问题提出一些建议和看法。
In modern large iron and steel plants and warehouses,due to the production or storage of different fire hazardous substances,the fire-fighting design conditions are not the same among plants,warehouses,storage tank areas,yards and centralized control centers and other civil buildings,while the plant-wide fire-fighting water supply design needs to consider the supply form for each unit.The plant-wide fire-fighting water supply system provides fire-fighting water for each production unit of the plant. Therefore,the selection of fire-fighting water source,the determination of water supply form,the calculation of fire-fighting water volume,the design of pipe network and the design of pump room are all important aspects of fire-fighting system design.This article will elaborate on each of these aspects and offer some suggestions and opinions on certain issues.
