关于学生青春期心理问题与教育管理措施研究

学生在青春期出现心理问题,主要有身心发育、适应环境、人际关系与学业压力四个大方面。学校有必要采取教育管理措施予以应对:开设心理健康专项课程,加强课外辅导工作的组织和实施;建立“教师—家长—心理教师”的多元沟通平台;建立“同学—朋辈”互助机制;建立专业化的校园心理咨询机制。

There are four main reasons for students’ psychological problems in adolescence: physical and mental development, adaptation to the environment, interpersonal relationship and academic pressure.It is necessary to take educational management measures: launch special courses on mental health and strengthen the organization and implementation of extracurricular counseling: Establish a diversified communication platform for teachers, parents and psychological teachers;Establish a mutual assistance mechanism for students and peers;Establish a mutual assistance mechanism for students and peers;Establish a professional campus psychological counseling mechanism.
