“双减”是全面推进基础教育公平的有效举措,自“双减”政策实施以来其成效初显,校内提升、校外减负将成常态,但基础教育改革仍存在困境。比如在课后服务难以保障、家校合作难以协同、教育资源分配不均等问题。面对以上问题,学校、社会应以人为本,减轻心理焦虑;公平科学,促进质效双增;标本兼治,建立长效机制。

To face these problems school and society should be people-oriented to reduce psychological anxiety;fairness and science should promote both quality and efficiency;Long-term mechanism.
