摘要
“双减”是全面推进基础教育公平的有效举措,自“双减”政策实施以来其成效初显,校内提升、校外减负将成常态,但基础教育改革仍存在困境。比如在课后服务难以保障、家校合作难以协同、教育资源分配不均等问题。面对以上问题,学校、社会应以人为本,减轻心理焦虑;公平科学,促进质效双增;标本兼治,建立长效机制。
"Double reduction" is an effective measure to comprehensively promote the fairness of basic education. Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, its effect has begun to show. In-school improvement and out-of-school burden reduction will become the norm, but there are still difficulties in the reform of basic education. Under the background of the "double reduction" policy, the reform of basic education has problems such as the difficulty in guaranteeing after-school services, the difficulty in coordinating home-school cooperation, and the unequal distribution of educational resources. To face these problems school and society should be people-oriented to reduce psychological anxiety;fairness and science should promote both quality and efficiency;Long-term mechanism.
