医院船感染防控风险评估研究

Risk assessment on nosocomial infection in hospital ship

目的对“和平方舟”号医院船感染风险进行评估,明确医院船感染防控重点,进而有效开展感染风险防控管理。方法通过专家调查法赴医院船实地调研,识别确定8大类29项风险内容;按风险矩阵法设计《医院船医院感染风险评估表》,由执行医院船任务的院感专职人员评分,得出医院船感染风险优先分级得分。结果通过评估得出医院船感染8大类29个风险项优先级得分排序,分值在8~12分,提示医院船感染风险处于中高级别。结论医院船感染风险优先分级可确定医院船感染防控重点,为医院船感染风险控制策略提供依据。

Objective To evaluate the infection risk of the"ARK PEACE"ship,clarify the key points of hospital ship infection prevention and control,and then carry out effective risk management.Methods 29 risk contents in 8 categories were identified and determined by experts investigated on hospital ships.Infection risk assessment form of hospital ship was designed though the risk matrix method,and the grading scores were obtained by hospital staff who perform the task.Results The scores of 29 risk items in 8 categories were ranked,and it ranged from 8 to 12 scores,which indicated that the risk of hospital ship infection was in the middle to high level.Conclusion It clarifies the key points of hospital ship infection prevention and control though assessment,and provides the basis for hospital ship infection risk control strategy.
