摘要
随着年龄的增长,脑器官逐渐展示出衰老的一些细胞和分子特征,导致脑功能逐渐下降,神经退行性疾病如阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病发生的易感性升高。目前研究表明,应用一些干预新策略可以延缓脑衰老。该文主要了解和探究脑衰老有哪些细胞和分子特征,衰老如何诱发神经退行性疾病,以及延缓脑衰老的新策略。
During aging,the brain exhibits many hallmarks of aging at the cellular and molecular levels.These alterations induce that the functional capabilities of the brain decline progressively during aging,and render the aging brain vulnerable to neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer disease and Parkinson disease.Emerging findings are suggesting that new strategies are using to decelerate brain aging.Here we provide an overview of the cellular and molecular biology of brain aging,how mechanisms of aging impact neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer′s and Parkinson′s diseases,and new strategies for targeting brain aging intervention.
