塞来昔布治疗类风湿关节炎的效果研究

Effect of Celecoxib on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨塞来昔布治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1-5月天水市第一人民医院收治的80例RA患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组(n=40)实施常规治疗,治疗组(n=40)在常规治疗基础上增加塞来昔布治疗。对两组患者治疗总有效率、临床症状改善情况、治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、白介素-1(IL-1)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平、不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后关节疼痛程度、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数和晨僵时间均明显改善,且治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、RF、IL-1、IL-6水平均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组CRP、RF、IL-1、IL-6水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在类风湿关节炎患者的治疗中应用塞来昔布,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,不仅对患者的临床症状有明显的改善效果,而且可以有效降低患者的炎症因子和类风湿因子水平,不良反应少,疗效显著且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Celecoxib in the treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 80 patients with RA treated in the First People’s Hospital of Tianshui City from January to May 2021 were selected as the subjects.The randomized number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups,the control group(n=40)received conventional treatment,and the treatment group(n=40)received Celecoxib in addition to conventional treatment.The treatment efficiency,clinical symptom improvement before and after treatment,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of joint pain,the number of joint tenderness,the number of joint swelling and the time of morning stiffness were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,RF,IL-1,and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the CRP,RF,IL-1,and IL-6 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Celecoxib in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,not only can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also can effectively reduce the inflammatory factors and rheumatoid factors of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
