注射用棓丙酯联合阿托伐他汀对高血压的临床疗效及预后影响

Effect of Propyl Gallate for Injection Combined with Atorvastatin on Clinical Efficacy and Prognosis of Hypertension

目的:探索分析注射用棓丙酯联合阿托伐他汀对高血压的临床疗效及预后影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月莆田平民医院80例高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(阿托伐他汀治疗2周,n=40)与观察组(注射用棓丙酯联合阿托伐他汀治疗2周,n=40)。对比两组治疗前后血脂、血管内皮功能及血液流变学、不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前血脂、血管内皮功能及血液流变学指标对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原含量、血浆内皮素-1(EF-1)均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)、硫化氢(H_(2)S)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为25.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用棓丙酯联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压临床效果显著,能明显地对血脂、血压起到良好的调节作用,控制炎症反应,还不会增加治疗过程中发生不良反应的风险性。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Propyl Gallate for Injection combined with Atorvastatin on clinical efficacy and prognosis of hypertension.Method:A total of 80 patients with hypertension in Putian Civilian Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(Atorvastatin for 2 weeks,n=40)and the observation group(Propyl Gallate for Injection combined with Atorvastatin for 2 weeks,n=40)according to random number table method.The blood lipid,vascular endothelial function,hemorheology before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in blood lipid,vascular endothelial function and hemorheology between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high shear of whole blood viscosity,low shear of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen content and plasma endothelin-1(EF-1)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),nitric oxide(NO)and hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,and the control group was 25.00%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propyl Gallate for Injection combined with Atorvastatin has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertension,it can significantly regulate blood lipids and blood pressure,control inflammatory reactions,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions in the treatment process.
